Materials
We have options 1. You can go buy the material needed and have onsite ready for us.2. We can go to the store and get the material needed and have the store call you and you pay for material over the phone and have a receipt emailed to you.3. We can create a list for you and put it into a cart for you so you can see exactly what is being ordered and then you can pay for it online and have it shipped to your home. WE NERVER UPCHARGE FOR MATERIAL. YOU CHOOSE HOW TO PAY FOR MATERIAL WE SUPPLY THE LABOR.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our labor. If the problem is due to manufacturing part malfunction customer must pay / get new part and pay for labor/install.NOTICE: Warranty is for labor / install only.
Insurance
We are insured for 1million dollars.

For larger jobs that will take more then a day to complete. We offer a flat rate price. Meaning you pay one flat price for the entire job , no matter how long it takes to complete. NO SET HOURS

This includes spraying entire yard ,attic, around windows of the home around foundation of home inside the home, under cabinets ,around baseboards. behind appliances, if possible. Odorless smell ,pet friendly once dried. Will not harm your yard. 6 mo. guarantee. call us within 6mo if needed and we will spray one more time for free. So you basically get a whole yr of control for one price. $250.00
